What happens if we need more than 12 transcripts in a month?
You are never cut off. If you have a busy month (like Appropriations season), you simply pay a flat rate ($50) for each additional transcript. It's significantly cheaper than the billable hours it would take to watch them manually.
Why is the seat limit 5 for the Team plan?
